Treat yourself to a soothing evening that combines the restorative stretches of yin yoga with the warm embrace of live soundscapes. This special session is designed to help you unwind and nurture a sense of balance.
Bathed in nebula lights, the interplay of sound and visuals will gently envelop your senses. Hannes will create live ambient soundscapes, weaving guitar and glockenspiel loops with rich synth layers, and I will guide you on a journey of relaxation, inviting you to stretch gently, rest and release tension.
This experience blends soothing music with restorative movement, inviting you to slow down, connect with yourself, and sink into deeper relaxation.

Sound & Aroma Bath
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, wind chimes, and instruments designed to bring you into a state of peace, introspection and restoration.
The sound bath is enhanced by aromatic essential oils and the guidance of my voice, taking you on a sweet journey to calm your nervous system and connect within.
This sound experience can be accompanied by relaxation techniques, mindfulness meditation, gentle stretches and self massage.

About me
My name is Kia, and I am a yoga teacher, resilience trainer and wellbeing facilitator. For over fifteen years, I have been guiding people home to their bodies — through movement, breath, mindfulness, and the kind of presence that changes how you meet yourself and your life.
For me, it all started with theatre and dance. From an early age, the body was my first language: a place of creativity, expression, and a sense of homecoming. That early curiosity grew into more than two decades of practice and study across a broad terrain: somatic movement methods including Continuum Movement, Feldenkrais, Middendorf Breath Experience, Authentic Movement, and Body-Mind Centering®; multiple lineages of yoga; contemporary dance, ballet, and improvisation; breathwork, Qigong, Pilates, Vipassana meditation and psychosomatic ceremonial practices across cultures. Each one taught me something different. Together, they shaped how I work.
My formal education deepened that foundation. I studied body-oriented practices through my Bachelor’s degree and continued my research into my Master’s. I completed my Somatic Yoga Teacher Certification from the Somatic Academy Berlin in 2017. Since then, I have continued expanding my training through advanced studies in somatics, a Pilates certification, NLP Practitioner and Life Coach training, and I am currently completing a Resilience Trainer certification.
Alongside my regular classes and sessions, I also facilitate community events, design immersive experiences for gatherings and organizations (more on that here), and maintain a multimedia artistic practice exploring body-mind states and sensory perception (learn more here).
Across all of it, what has guided me is the belief that there is gold within each of us: inner resources, wisdom and aliveness that are often forgotten beneath the noise of daily life. My work is devoted to practices that help us rediscover, nourish and invest in that inner wealth.
