Treat yourself to a soothing evening that combines the restorative stretches of yin yoga with the warm embrace of live soundscapes. This special session is designed to help you unwind and nurture a sense of balance.
Bathed in nebula lights, the interplay of sound and visuals will gently envelop your senses. Hannes will create live ambient soundscapes, weaving guitar and glockenspiel loops with rich synth layers, and I will guide you on a journey of relaxation, inviting you to stretch gently, rest and release tension.
This experience blends soothing music with restorative movement, inviting you to slow down, connect with yourself, and sink into deeper relaxation.

Beyond the Mat
Breathwork
Learn to self-regulate through your breath with structured techniques that optimize respiratory function and restore energetic balance. Practice hands-on methods practical methods to improve breathing mechanics, regulate stress responses, release tension patterns, and access clarity, focus, and vitality.
Meditation
Mind-training practices including mindfulness, concentration, and compassion-based approaches such as Metta. Through guided awareness, sensory observation, and imagery, you refine perception, stabilize attention, cultivate equanimity, and develop the capacity to relate skillfully to thoughts and emotions.
Relaxation
Applied relaxation methods that facilitate deep physiological and muscular release. You learn how to intentionally shift from activation into restorative states, allowing tissues to soften, the mind to settle, and regenerative processes to unfold. These practices strengthen your ability to pause, reset, and sustain inner balance in daily life.

Sound & Aroma Bath
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, wind chimes, and instruments designed to bring you into a state of peace, introspection and restoration.
The sound bath is enhanced by aromatic essential oils and the guidance of my voice, taking you on a sweet journey to calm your nervous system and connect within.
This sound experience can be accompanied by relaxation techniques, mindfulness meditation, gentle stretches and self massage.
I've shared these sessions with:

About me
My work lives at the intersection of movement, mindfulness, and somatic inquiry — drawing from a wide range of practices and weaving them into new forms.
From an early age, theatre and dance gave me my first taste for the body as a place of creativity, expression, and homecoming. That curiosity never left. Over the years it led me through constant and diverse practices, like Actor Trainings, Contemporary, Ballet and Improvisation dance, Somatic Movement practices including Continuum Movement, Feldenkrais, Middendorf Breath Experience, Authentic Movement and Body-Mind Centering®, multiple forms of Yoga — Hatha, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Restorative, Yin, and Nidra — as well as Breathwork, Qigong, Pilates, Vipassana Meditation, Neurolinguistic Programming and Psychosomatic Ceremonies across cultures. Each shaped my understanding of the body and its intelligence.
I completed my first training as a movement teacher in 2009, studied body-oriented practices in my Bachelor at Dickinson College, and while completing my Masters I received my Somatic Yoga Teacher Certification from the Somatic Academy Berlin (2017). Since then, I have continued training while facilitating yoga/bodymind practices for individuals of diverse backgrounds, ages, and experience levels.
Alongside my regular classes and further management work, I collaborate with my partner to design special experiences for corporate events, festivals, private celebrations and conferences —more about that here— and I maintain a personal multimedia artistic practice that explores body-mind states, drawing from and feeding back into my movement work —more about that here.
All of it — the teaching, the events, the art — grows from the same root: a lifelong devotion to embodied practices that enrich human wellbeing from the inside out.
